PROFILE
As someone who finds joy in juxtaposing seemingly divergent styles, L. Scott Sussman, who was classically trained as an oil painter subsequently spent two years studying traditional Chinese landscape painting and created a new style of art: Western abstract expressionism suffused with traditional elements from the Yuan dynasty. Since 2001, he has exhibited paintings in the United States and China.
L. Scott lives in CT with his wife and two daughters. He works as a physician at Yale New Haven Health.
